Priority Service Fee

Priority Service Fee is for urgent, same-day, after-hours, or business-critical website, hosting, email, DNS, domain, or server-related help.

This fee may be required when a request needs faster handling than standard turnaround, involves emergency downtime, requires immediate review, or has unusual urgency or complexity.

This fee does not replace the base service cost. It is an added priority fee for faster attention and scheduling.

Examples:

  • Website is down
  • Business email is not working
  • Domain/DNS issue needs urgent help
  • Hosting or control panel problem needs same-day review
  • A rushed website fix is needed
  • Emergency migration or repair support is requested

Final availability depends on schedule, access, and the condition of the existing setup.
